Chris, one thing that slightly bothered me was a response you posted on Bikkuri Project. It was the entry where celestia was wondering why cover H!P when so many others do it. In your response, you said something to the effect of "broomhead does TLS reviews so well, so I don't want to."

I don't think you should pass up on doing Haromoni reviews because I do them as well. If you decide that you don't want to review the show, that is one thing. You clearly have a different take on the show that I do and I think that the different perspective would shine through in a Haromoni review if you choose to do so.

Furthermore, and I won't really take over your comments here with this, I don't think blogs should decide again doing content because someone else does it. Granted, it is hard to stand out if everyone is doing the same thing. But it is your blog. If you are keeping it to talk about what you want to talk about, then talk about what you want to talk about!
Hum... H!M was consistently great from 2002 up to middle 2004 with the exception of a bad MiniMoni segment that started in the end of 2003/beginning 2004, I don't remember... But of course that's my own opinion...

Good to know I'm not the only HM@ fan around here... The Julius Caesar GakiKame segment was also when I started believing in HM@ again =P Too bad I don't have that episode anymore, so I couldn't upload it. And by the way, thanks for embedding my videos here, I'm konnofan2 in YouTube, but my accounts there are usually deleted after some weeks T_T I've already lost two... I guess I've got bad luck. so there's a chance these videos will just stop working one of these days... That's why I always embed from Veoh.

I always wonder if the folks uploading all of these videos to YouTube are from the IW blogosphere. Thanks for doing that! Using YT is a love/hate, it's always the best place to find stuff to support my posts, but I find myself often "redressing" old posts because of the frequency of accounts getting suspended. I originally planned on linking two complete episodes from veoh, but found your YT account at the last minute.

I've never given "full episodes" of H!M a proper going over, because a) there are so many, and b) the first few I saw didn't completely grab me. But I love Eric Kamezou, and the old "news" segments alot! I personally believe Haromoni@ is increasing in viewership lately, and I base that solely on the increase in posts I'm seeing about it.

Again, thanks Kenji/Konnofan

Broomhead, I appreciate the comments alot (count that as one answer to your survey) I went back and read what I commented on Celestia's blog. (Whew, when I originally saw your comment, I only saw the "slightly bothered" part at the top. I thought that perhaps I made some wildly offensive statement in a drunken stupor one night)

I just want to clarify what I meant. I like watching haromoni@, and I love your reviews about it. Even if I have a different view, at the time I felt I get more out of reading what you say than doing my own take from week to week. I also still don't know how to screencap and upload (wanna teach me?), which to me is an integral part of reviewing that show. So I have had to rely to scouring the net for photos and videos to support my posts (see my above comment to Kenji). I avoid taking photos from other IW bloggers as far as I know. I don't know what the ethic factor is on that. Then again, isn't the whole blogging thing mainly about us all having fun? And having an outlet for our fandom? I think that is the point you were making to me with your comment. That we should all do whatever we want with our blogs, as long as we enjoy doing what we are doing!

Thanks Broomhead, I plan on responding to your survey tonight. And at this point I am planning to do it as a post here.

Your fan, CK
